Reverts:  Set data of dword value above to 0.
Info:Apply to all users. Require to log off Windows.

42. Change Windows Explorer Toolbar Wallpaper
Actions:Create BackBitmapShell string value with BMPFILEPATH data in HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar subkey.
Reverts:  Delete value above.
Info:Apply to current user only. Require to restart Windows Explorer (if it's running). If this setting is active, Windows Explorer ignores Change Windows Explorer, Internet Explorer and Outlook Express Toolbar Wallpapers setting.

43. Change Windows Explorer, Internet Explorer and Outlook Express Toolbar Wallpapers
Actions:Create BackBitmap string value with BMPFILEPATH data in HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar subkey.
Reverts:  Delete value above.
