Actions:	Create No Modify Accts dword value with 1 data in HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express subkey.
Reverts:	Set data of dword value above to 0.

Actions:	Set data of Store Root expandable string value in HKCU\Identities\OEGUID\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express\5.0 subkey to a folder location.
Reverts:	Set data of expandable string value above to %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\OEGUID\Microsoft\Outlook Express.
